REACTIVE CLASSES
We offer high-performance group training based on a periodised program carefully curated by our experienced team. Our approach provides variety and intensity through skill-based training that caters to both beginners and experienced athletes alike.
OUTPUT
Showcasing a strength- or skill-based movement paired with a burst of metabolic conditioning to build strength and increase your output. This will test your overall capacity and help improve performance. You will leave feeling accomplished in all aspects of your training.
FORGE
This is where we slow things down and focus on building strength and muscle through compound lifts and accessory movements, creating balance and developing muscle definition. You will leave feeling stronger and moving better.
ENDUREX
You are going to get your heart rate up for this one. Combining strength and bodyweight movements at a high rep range will increase your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Yes, you may have to run sometimes, but by the end of the session you will leave the sweat on the floor and be surprised at what you have achieved.
